Merry Christmas and a happy new year!With this message I want to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year. As the winter has started at 13:04 in the Netherlands, I think it's permitted now to do the usual holiday greetings. And as I see now on the right side of the thing I'm typing in: I'm a member of Deviant art for a year now! And I still haven't finished my story. I have to say: typically me. I'm sorry for the ones who truly enjoy my story, but, I have started on the new chapter and the point is, I know what I want to write about, just not how to do it.
If I look back at the year, it's been a special year. I've been to Greece with my school, one of the best trips ever. My ex got my attention on that trip by making clear he liked me more than an average friend of his. Few weeks later we were officially dating. I've missed him with all my heart in the six weeks I didn't see him, because of the vacations we had. I've had one of my most happy periods so far in my life and I went through the most difficult time in my life so far, because he broke up with me. He was made me furious, cheerful, sad, I think I can even say he has made me more human. Suddenly I can almost cry at sad moments in a film: I've never had that! He has made me doubtful about myself: I'm I good enough, funny enough, girlfriend material, most important: am I worthy enough for anything? Damn, how much I've hated him when I got a message from him, meant for another girl. Maybe I'm better off without him, maybe the time with him will be my best time.
Further in this year: I've turned 18! Yes, people, I'm a grown-up for the law, however not on the inside I'm afraid. Actually, I wouldn't have mind staying 17 for a few years. I'm taking driving lessons and have to fill something in for the taxes. I don't want that, I stil want to enjoy life without any worries. Well, girl, I say to myself, not gonna happen anymore.
So to everybody who is still a child for the law: enjoy it. To everyone who isn't anymore: enjoy the irresponsible times.
To close with an advice for everyone: don't listen All I want for Christmas from Mariah Carey to much, it will drive you nuts and trust me, you won't get any better by killing Mariah Carey
